Research Engineer

The client: This is a company that is developing state-of-the-art AGI technology that can accelerate human & Artificial Intelligence collaboration to solve the problems of today.

What they need: They are seeking a Research Engineer who can think outside of the box, understand the guts of how to actually train ultra-large models (not just small elements), and has the drive to ensure the technology they are developing remains ahead of the game.

If you’re part inventor, part scientist, and part engineer and want to work for a company that will make you famous then this is likely the role for you.

In this position, you will:

• Design, test, and optimize new NN architectures.
• Execute interfaces that will allow the SOTA models to seamlessly interact with real-world tools & API’s.
• Use advanced approaches such as Continual Learning to train the AI models.
• Utilize large GPU clusters.

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of production-focused engineering experience
• Top-notch skills in C++ & Python
• Experience with training & evaluating large AI models in the real world.
• Must be capable of prototyping new research & production ideas.
